ICWC Official Logo
What does it mean to us
The inspiration and aspiration of the organizer in organizing the first ICWC is the cornerstone in designing the logo.
Basing their thoughts on words like diversity, unique, creativity, unity, cultural and tourism asset, humanity, community and one world, the designer has brought about a logo that symbolizes the essence of ICWC – unity in diversity.
The logo describes the various cultures of the world coming together, forming one unified and integrated picture.
The white circle in the middle signifies that there should be no prejudice, no racism and no discrimination in culture and between cultures. It also signifies that the idea that some cultures are superior to others, and that various cultures are fundamentally incompatible and should not co-exist in the same society or state is whitewashed through the purity of the white colour.
The light green hexagons with the shape of hearts and red dots symbolizes that culture should be preserved and cherished with all our hearts and that it should be protected till the last drop of blood.
The different shapes of flowers and its colours signifies the diversity of culture in our communities and that its uniqueness should be viewed as the uniqueness of humanity.
All the multitude use of colours symbolizes the multitude of creed and cultures and that each and every culture are unique and inclusive and that without them, the picture of one world will be tainted and disproportionate.
The circular shape of the logo signifies the world we are living in and that each and every one of us belongs to a culture, no matter where we are!
